The Morning Line - Recaps / Turkey

Small misses over the course of the long weekend Friday to Sunday for DasPunter but no harm overall really. -2.94u from 20 bets at HT and we also lose the first roller of December with a goalless draw in AZ Reserves.  HT inplay football bets move to 1821u staked, +306.10u, 16.81%. Rollers move to +£182.02 (or +18.02u at £10 per unit). Pre game PODZ starting back up (341u staked +78.09u, 22.90%).  Greyhounds go VOID on first bet on the 8th at Romford, and a loss in the 21.47 Sheffield. 10/12/23 goes winner at Doncaster 11.33 Onefordotsy 8/11, a loss at Towcester 15.11, then further wins at Towcester 1/3, 6/5 and another void.  TURKEY The big news is from Turkey with all games suspended following this.  All football leagues in Turkey have been suspended because of this 👇👇👇 pic.twitter.com/AZBAtANbzg — 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐮 (@MrBoadu) December 12, 2023

Release from Amit Patel's attorney. Patel is the former Jaguars' employee who allegedly stole $22 million from the team.

This is a pretty wild story from the US. Taken an interesting turn given how much of the money was lost gambling to FD and DK. Would love to know the split between DFS and sports betting. Responsible gambling from the operators is alive and well… https://t.co/IKmqKTUQhD — Luke Paton (@Golfpunter1) December 8, 2023

The Morning Line - Recaps / General Sport

-3u from the previous day on HT plays, we moved to yesterday. Chalked goal loss in PSV cost us there, but we hit back with the Everton/Newcastle game with the Toffees winning 3-0 to secure our 2 goals. Moyes celebrating in the pub after pictured.  Feyenoord HT inplay was a loss and 2 very late Feyenoord ensured we won on the o3 inplay line. 3-1 finish.  No greyhound bets yesterday, we have 2 bets today from Value Bets, both at Romford.  Ronnie says he doesn't feel the buzz anymore after winning the UK Snooker. Ok dude. NZ fight back against Bangladesh. Even Stephens going into the 2nd innings with NZ scoring 180 from Banga's 172. (Tigers 38/2 2nd innings currently).  MOSCONI CUP DAY. The continuation of the greatest ever as Europe sweep the leg yesterday leaving Team USA at 23.00 to win it from here.  Spurs season is starting to unravel a little losing to West Ham. 4 losses and a draw last 5. Everton as mentioned win with 3 late goals to ensure they're out of the relegatio

The Morning Line - Recaps / The old man goes

Limited slate yesterday, 3 plays on the inplays losing a bet in Rapid Vienna and Paris FC but winning a bet with Quevily. 2 losses and a 3.50 for a small win day for the football.  And a small win day on the greyhounds paper trades, Romford a loser, Sheffield a winner with Tullycanna Sound 11/10. Today it's farewell to the old man. A veteran police constable of 30 years. A one club footballer, who had a Welsh YM call up. An excellent track athlete. A dedicated chorister. And above all a great dad.  Miss you already.

The Afternoon Line - Recaps

No greyhounds yesterday as the meeting was abandoned due to torrential rain.  2 winning football inplay picks, with Klagenfurt and AEK bets winning. We land +5.25u.

The Afternoon Line - Recaps / General

+9.8u over Friday to Sunday for DasPunter and the HT football inplays. November ran at +17.07u from 68 bets (25.10%).  This takes the overall profit for the half time inplays to 1784u staked, +308.04u, 17.27%. 6 potential positions for today.  We have one pick today from the Greyhound selections from Value Bets. Towcester and Kinsley were the targets yesterday as we came out on top slightly, winners at 1/5, 1/6, 4/9 and 2/1 and losses in 4.08pm Towcester and Kinsley 8.12pm.  England slumped to another loss in the cric. Was quite surprised, turning it over when the Windies looked up against it chasing over 300, but Hope smashed Curran everywhere ATD apparently, and that was that.  Ronnie beats Ding in the UKs.  Superb Super Sunday. Of course the lads aka FC Box Office, Liverpool kicked us off with a superb 4-3 win. Then mighty Spurs pointed City with a late late equaliser. Very pleasing.  Ryan Garcia, had time to watch this back too. Very impressive v Duarte. So he's bounced back n

The Morning Line - Recaps / Rasmus

Winners at 4.00 and 4.00 yesterday for Daspunter and 3 losers coming into the weekend on HT football inplay bets.  35 potential positions today, (always half for criteria cut) and with harsh weather this may be severely reduced.  Around a break even month for Value Bets on his usual football plays but we're looking at another angle with him here and so far it has yielded positive results from a fledgling journey.  49u staked on paper trades, +11.6u for November (71.5u staked overall at +22.85u).  We say goodbye to Rasmus from the #teamdas services as of today.  Ras was with us through the service proper as a member before embarking on his handball quest. A superb blitzing start in which we rallied to +75u in no time before we dropped back to break even was probably one of the more eventful runs I've known. Volume has been lowered through the months as he has looked to build on his other ventures.  As with anything DasPunter, we say so long and we wish him well.  I have no doub

The Morning Line - Recaps / General Sport

Nice night sweep from Daspunter yesterday winning all of the HT inplay bets.  Europa proper and Conference leagues were the targets as we win with Brighton, Atalanta, Sparta Prague and Liverpool. +9.62u banked there as we move to Friday's slate. Basketball win for Value Bets (Antonine 1.67), one Jupiler Pro bet today.  Liverpool (aka The Lads) dealt with LASK effectively enough, 4-0.  Just came across that Phil Taylor is retiring from the Darts Senior Tour too. End of 2024 apparently. Keeping an eye on the arrers news as we approach the World's too.  UK Championship Snooker rolls on, haven't been following it but will do from today. The Rocket in fine upbeat form as per these days. Ronnie and Mark for the viewing today.  New Zealand up against it in the Test Match Cric v Bangladesh needing 305 with 8 wickets left, and India play Australia at 1.30pm UK, T20.
