I'm going to Lay Velez at 2.16. Their form dipping in and out of the Copa Libertadores has been very poor. They have won just two league games from 14 whilst Quilmes have lost only 3 league games so far this season. Velez are 19th and struggling to Quilmes 7th and I reckon that Quilmes will be able to eek out at least a draw.
