Today's thoughts. Hamilton, U21s and Harry English

Lewis Hamilton is second on the grid and nobody is talking about him. The British have a huge love affair with Canada in recent years with Hamilton winning three times there. He was a smidge away from finishing fastest yesterday and I reckon that 2.50 for a podium finish is well within his range.

In the Saint Jude Classic Harry English is still well placed to win. He has the edge I believe over other major favourite Shawn Stefani in that he is much more accustomed to being at the top of the field on recent form. He's one shot down after a slightly disappointing third round but I think Stefani saved his best for that third round to put him into contention.

The Netherlands should beat Russia who will have to come and attack them. And also Germany, after their first game loss will have to come out after the Spanish. In the latter there must be goals.

Lewis Hamilton podium finish Canadian GP (2.5)
Harry English to win St Jude CLassic (3.6)
Netherlands U21 to beat Russia U21 (1.71)
Germany U21 v Spain U21, BTTS, (1.75)
