This result passed me by yesterday but I had to snigger as Ajax lost their first game of the season in only their second league match, to Alkmaar 3-2. Scanning up and down the Twittersphere, this result has really ruined some 'expert' tipsters final league positions' models already and shows that for all the fancy stats models and predictions nothing can be taken for granted.
